WOW! The staff at this store totally exceeded my expectations! The team was able to switch over our 4 business phone lines from another carrier quickly and with no issues. Carrie, Jennifer, Nick, and Robin were awesome! They were extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. After wasting close to 2 hours at another local Sprint Store only to find out that they didn't have any iPhone's in stock, I will definitely go out of my way to visit the Colonie Center store because I know I will be taken care of.
Carrie is awesome! She helped me switch from Verizon - bought out our phones, gave us $ in our credit union account, saved me TONS of money on our bill and did it all with a smile! Highly recommend this store!

I had an amazing experience at sprint. I was able to get the iPhone 7 Plus and turn in my old 6s. Jennifer and Shawn were able to assist me along the way. I will definitely be coming back to visit my sprint family. Recommendations on the way!! I can’t forget Robin my Bruno Mars look-a-like who helped me pick my beautiful phone color, case and gadget the “Pop Socket.” Today was successful.
