I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. The sales associate that helped me was probably the worst informed Apple employee I have ever encountered. I came in simply to purchase an iPhone 8 with 256GB of storage. First he asks me f I’m buying a locked or unlocked phone, I didn’t know what that meant and asked. His only response was that he can’t help me or sell me a phone unless I’m buying an unlocked phone. At this point I still have no idea what he’s talking about. I explain that I just want to buy a new iPhone 8 with 256GB in black. Then told me the color I preferred was out of stock, which was fine. I didn’t really care about the color, the most important factor was the storage size. The idiot ends up selling me an iPhone 8 with only 64GB of storage even though I explicitly told him I needed 256GB. I was in such a hurry because I had to take my mother to the airport right after buying the phone that I didn’t notice his mistake. He also was extremely unhelpful when it came to questions about how to set up the new phone and the new factors about the iPhone 8. I only read 1 or 2 reviews and I knew more about the new phones than he did. Now I have to make another 2 hour long drive (1 hour there and back) to return this stupid phone. The whole experience was so disappointing and frustrating, I will avoid this Apple store as much as I possibly can. I wish I remembered the sales associate’s name because I would recommend asking for someone else if he’s assigned to help you.

Wait, I just waited an hour for this?

My macbookpro recently took some liquid in through the keys and won't turn on so I brought it in to see if anyone could pull files off of it. The employee who checked me in said that the next technician would be available in 50-60 minutes (which was accurate) and they would take a look at it.

WASTE OF TIME

Very rude staff. One manager was friendly, lead tech and majority of the staff were rude and unprofessional. Customer service advise me that my phone Was repairable in store. Store wouldn't service me and refused to help. Even with customer service saying my warranty was intact. I plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau as I was discriminated against and was not helped even after having customer service give approval. I pray no one has an experience like I did. This store is the worst representation of apple possible

An hour goes by and my appointment begins. Less than a minute into the appointment the technician tells me they can't pull the files off the laptop, but they can replace the laptop for $750.

This is the third time I've had a time-wasting experience with this Apple Store and I'm seriously considering non-Apple products for future purchases.

I realize that I may have had an unrealistic request with pulling files off a dead laptop. However, that's not the point of this review. I'm upset because there's no good reason why someone should have to wait for an appointment to be told they can't be helped. Maybe I'm way off on this, but the Apple Store should train their employees who set up the appointments so they can recognize problems that can't be fixed.

Local number does not call the local store. Customer service is awful. There no direction once you get inside, I walked right in then realized you had to wait in line at the door for one of two people to help direct you. Came for Genius Bar appointment and Genius Bar is not labeled anywhere they just expect you to know to sit in the back til your name is called

Absolutely ridiculous that I paid almost a $1000 dollars a phone (2) and I cant get an appointment for tonight because they are booked up. This isn't my first experience with Apple. This is the worst service I have ever seen. They have one Apple store in NY state. That is absolutely disgusting.
