Extremely condescending employees who don't know how to check inventory. Honestly, I'm not surprised at this point- it's a GameStop. When have they ever been known for being good in any sense of the word?

I have been to this store exactly two times in the past year and both times I walked out with nothing. Not because I didn't want to buy something I was in line with items to purchase and couldn't get rung up.
Paid $100 for 2k n i got a case with no voucher went back n the guys there was like sorry cant do anything for you
Actually on both occasions I was only behind one person but because of the staggering incompetence of the individual running the register I never got rung up. As the line continued to build behind me the cashier on both occasions just continued to talk and BS with the lone customer ahead of me while the line behind me grew to epic proportions.
I bought a code for Overwatch and it faded because we were walking around all day and we cant get a refund or a new code wtf gamestop.
If I was the owner of this place I would take a serious look at my employees because I have never walked out on a store once let alone twice. I thought maybe I just had extremely bad luck with the place but judging from the other reviews I saw I'm in the majority here.
