Pick-up was unorganized. I bought an item for $5. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. Nobody prepared the item and put it in the bin. Another person before me had issues with their pick up. In the end I waited about 15 minutes. There was no line either. The staff resolved the problem and I know mistakes happen, but it could've been avoided. I'll probably just order off Amazon next time.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, EVER! I purchased a washer and dryer, and called a few hours later to fix a mistake with billing, and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Called literally 10 times and it rang and rang, until it hung up on me! I'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH BEST BUT IN THE PAST, BUT PERHAPS IT'S OUTLIVED IT'S PURPOSE. ANOTHER BIG BOX STORE THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS.
Great store, excellent customer service. Management is top notch. This is my favorite place to buy electronics, games, movies and even collectibles. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store itself is always clean and well organized. Returns are a quick and painless. Best of all the rewards plan is outstanding.
Constantly waiting when I go there. An issue with pickup or standing in line with 9 people with 1 cashier. Spending 20 of my 60 minutes of lunch in line is the reason why people are resorting to go online. It’s a shame companies like Best Buy have forced out a lot of the smaller stores from AV retailers to record stores and now they’re the only ones selling some of the higher end tvs locally. The only reason I give it a two is the staff seems to be really trying hard to take care of everyone. Having worked in retail myself, I know what it’s like with not enough staff to even man cash registers at lunchtime.
Crowded, but has more items than I expect at a local tech shop. It even has a full home theater setup if you're into that. Definitely a nice place to check out potential PC purchases and accessories.
