They sold me aps Vita without the serial number and when I brought it back they told me they can't do anything without the serial number
So they have numbers listed for phones but you have no way of talking to a human unless you physically drive to their store for an inquiry, terrible way of assisting customers who do not live with in a reletive reasonable locality, i.e you have to waste time and gas to talk to someone. Such a joke
Josh King was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. He informed me of their points club and was a down to earth guy. This place has yet to fail me, always offering low prices and great spirits, I would defiantly recommend this place. It's sad to see so many bad reviews on here if I would say so myself. I'd try this store out for yourself before listening to what random reviews tell you.
As a buy-sell-trade store, it is a hit or miss with selling items there, because the value of items change every day, BUT you usually get the best value as opposed to GameStop. The best thing about CeX is that they offer a free two-year non-accidental warranty. Wait times do vary, but other than that, good staff and a decent selection!
