I have never been to Huck Finns before, as I live about 2 hours away. I called to see what they had in stock. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and prices. They left a note for the next shift, letting them know I would be coming in and looking for a specific area rug. Upon arrival, staff were very friendly and helpful. I got in and out quickly, which is what I like being a sole proprietor. I lost my receipt, called and asked if they could look it up and found it right away, and emailed it to me right after hanging up the phone. The rapid response is greatly appreciated! I am redoing my floors in my house next and also opening a new location! I will be back! Prices were great as well.
My wife and I went to Huck Finns on Saturday "11/12/17" to purchase a sofa. After we found the sofa we liked, we went to an associate and told him we were ready to make a purchase. The employee looked at the sofa and told me that the sofa was a popular sofa and there would be a 4-8 week delivery time. I told the employee that we needed it before Christmas and he told me chances were that the sofa would not be delivered until after Christmas. If this sofa is so popular why doesn't Huck Finns keep more and stock? There was no way I was going to drop hundreds of dollars on a sofa and wait 4-8 weeks to receive it. Needless to say, we left Huck Finns and drove to Bob's furniture in Latham. We found a sofa there we loved and ordered it. I'm currently sitting on my new sofa as I write this review. My sofa from Bob's furniture was delivered at 8:30am yesterday"only 4 days after ordering it". I don't ever see myself going back to Huck Finns Warehouse again.
Just called to find out about an item that was on the website. The guy hung up on me by my second question. Incredibly rude especially since the specs of the piece was not listed on website. I added the item to my cart and was ready to click buy. I will not spend thousands at an establishment that will be rude when you call. Ill shop somewhere else.
