The Terrible: Why won't I shop here again? Many of the items they sell won't be available for weeks. I was told I would have my items delivered on the 21st of October (paid for them in full on the 1st of Oct.) and half my order showed up. I had to wait almost another week for the other half. If I would have known this, I would have purchased elsewhere.
The Great: Salesman Tony is great, been with them 38 years! Never felt Rushed decent prices and a great selection.
I would like to thank our Salesperson Jay Finkelstein for a great experience, so courtesy and helpful as he took his time and answered all our questions. Next I would like to say to Taft, your delivery guys, Super Friendly, Respectful, Courteous and Awesome Gary and his respectful and hardworking coworker Mike were the best delivery people I have ever had the experience dealing with in my life. Gary is so great, he just makes you smile and Thankful he was your delivery person. Kudos to Taft for Having Jay be the guy you first meet and Super Awesome Gary the last person you deal with. They made our experience the best!
We went to Taft having our heart set on furniture at a different store, but wanted to keep looking. We are so glad we did. We were greeted right away, but assured that a sales person would not follow us. And they did not. It was nice to look around at our own leisure, but there when we had questions. We would have had the furniture in 2 days, but they had to order 1 piece. We were totally find with that. Gary and Mike delivered the furniture and they were amazing. Super nice, super efficient and super helpful. I will be going back again!!!
Sales people were amazing. They were not pushy at all but I still felt welcome to the store and comfortable asking questions. The selection was incredible. Great quality at a reasonable price. Taft will always be my first choice for any furtniture I need.

I bought a new rocker recliner at Taft Furniture to replace an old worn out chair. The salesman, Tony T., was very helpful & patient while I tried out many recliners before finding the right one. The delivery couldn't have gone smoother. The delivery team of Gary & Mike arrived quite early in my 3 hour window, set up the chair & made sure I was very satisfied with the placement of the recliner. Thank you Taft, for another positive experience.
Bottom Line: If you aren't in a rush, great selection and go see Tony. If you just moved and don't have anywhere to sit, go somewhere they have stuff ready to go.
