I bought a oak table and chairs at Old Brick in Albany. When we got it home the legs were split on two of the chairs. The tabletop had a stain bubble on it. the center leaf had a dent in it that they stained over. In the tabletop also ahead white paint on it when I chip the white paint off it it took the stain off with it. I never in my life bought anything that was so damaged. It took us three weeks to get to new chairs and a month and a half to get a new table top it was a true nightmare. When we return the chairs they had to open three boxes before they could find two chairs that weren't damaged. And they tried to give us another damage top as well. If anyone does buy from Old Brick be sure to check your merchandise before you leave with it if it's in a box open it. All we wanted was tables and chairs and we got a saga a damn nightmare that went on for months. I will never buy or recommend Old Brick to anyone that I liked..

We placed an order for seven pieces of furniture. Four pieces were delivered and we were unhappy with three of them. A tech was sent out to repair "new" pieces. We weren't happy with that. Old Brick contacted us and said they would exchange all three pieces. We just received delivery of all seven pieces and couldn't be happier. Our delivery team of Tim and Joey were exceptional. They were fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure everything was right. They are both a definite asset to Old Brick. We would definitely return.

Old Brick continues to be my preferred furniture store in the Capital Region. The sales staff are friendly, but don't crowd you while browsing. The delivery staff are extremely professional, they were in and out in under ten minutes. Great store!
