Sales person was helpful and patient. Worked with us buyers and helped us find the best fit and price for us. They had a wide selection of apparently quality furniture to choose from, and offered hassle free and easy service. Excited to see the furniture in use and will be incredibly happy if it;s any where near the quality salesperson and customer service seen in the Albany American Freight location.
My brother and I rescently purchased a couch set during Labor Day weekend. They offered same day delivery , however it was late in the day and we understood it would need to be tomorrow we understood and payed the $80 in delivery ,which had to be cash only ,even though we had to pay for the couch with a credit card (because that's not shady at all). The staff was friendly. We then waited most of they day for them to arrive which was hours after they called and gave their eta. They arrived and delivered the loveseat with no problem. They tried to delivering the actual couch but due to the way our apartment was set up, they could not . That was on us and we understood. Management agreed to replace the couch with another love seat. We then received calls from delivery with times of arrivals and then not showing up for about a week with no notification or explanation. When they finally arrived we received a slightly but noticeably different color love seat and they brought in the wrong legs which they power drilled in. This was also an hour over their eta when they were called and said they were 20 minutes away. We also noticed a few scratches and small holes. They expected at least half the of the delivery amount from the previous delivery. We paid $120 in delivery and $640 ( which was on sale) for 2 mismatched love seats and no offer of any financial alterations or discount. Despite the friendly staff , this will be the last visit ,let alone delivery, ordered from us.
This store was great. The employees here were very professional and helpful. They have great deals for everyone. I definite recommend this store for anyone looking for furniture and beds.
I just recently purchased a 8 piece bedroom set. It came promptly when I asked for it to be delivered one week later. The new manager Grace and the other guy (forgot his name) are outgoing and friendly. She even felt bad that my mattress I ordered a week prior to delivery was out of stock so she upgraded me to a better one free of charge! I hope to be back to purchase a living room sectional in the near future!
