Had to wait 15 minutes and ended up getting someone that had no clue. Kept telling me that every shoe was the best. I would ask to try it on and they didn't have any in my size. Finally he want back and came out with 4 shoes in the store they had in my size. Didn't know 12 was such a rare size. I always heard great things about this place but my experience was I will never be back and it's horrible.
Unfortunately, this is the only place to go in the Capital Region. Fortunately they have great service, with knowledgeable and patient staff. I’ve purchased shoes there in the past. Recently, I bought a pair of trainers and runners. I had a defect with the trainers; they took care of me immediately and without question.
I couldn’t be happier with the new sneaks and especially with the professional service I got at Fleet Feet last week.
In this day and age it’s hard to find footwear professionals. Maybe that’s because they ALL work at Fleet feet.
