They have a large selection of good sporting good items but the prices of some things are way over priced.
Polite and helpful sales staff. Made a return of internet purchase and an in store purchase. It's always easy to find someone to help you in this store.
Albany NY store was disappointing. Bought a pair of soccer cleats and shin guards on Sat 9/23. It turns out that they were football cleats. Shin guards were in the packaging, but turned out to have brown stains on them. Had to return both. Thankfully the Dedham MA store was nice enough to take the returns and order the items we needed with overnight shipping (shipping was waived).
