From the moment Alex came over for the estimate to the final moments with Dave, we couldn't have been more pleased with our new roof. The entire crew was on time, courteous, professional and worked extremely hard! They worked incredibly neat and there wasn't a piece of debris to be had on our lawn. We will most definitely do business with them in the future when we change our siding!
I was part of a team that managed a roofing project for my townhouse community of 37 units. Home Evolution won the bid from among five companies considered, based on their effort to work with us and to accommodate the needs of our homeowners. Alex, the owner, videotaped every roof on all 37 units, and then presented a comprehensive assessment and recommendations to our HOA Board. He also made the same presentation to homeowners and answered their questions at a special meeting. The company began the project by the date promised and finished all 37 units ahead of the deadline. The crew arrived on time each day and many of the homeowners commented on their hard work and helpfulness. Roman, the on-site foreman, worked closely with our team to quickly solve any minor problems that came up and the owner remains easily accessible by phone if we have any follow-up questions. It is hard to believe that a project of this size, that has been in the works for many years, has finally been accomplished. Home Evolution was an integral part of our success and we couldn't have done it without them!
We were recommended use of their services but I cannot say we will be doing the same. The sales pitch was off putting, they basically badgered us for the sale at any cost so they could walk away with a deposit. They promptly put their sign to advertise in our side yard and we waited 4 weeks to receive a call (the promise was 2-3 weeks). Things promptly went downhill by the lack of cleanup, which based on "being #1 in the area", per their sales pitch, we weren't expecting such issues. We found 30+ nails around our yard and our yard and attic were left a terrible mess with the roofing debris. We put in a call to have them address these issues, were promised a call back but never heard from them again. Not very professional. Just be sure you don't hand over the final payment before inspecting, we wish we had.
From estimate to completion of our new roof this company was impressive. Alex gave us a fully comprehensive assessment with a video of our roof to show us what he was seeing as well as a video to show us what we might expect the repair to be like. The reality was nothing short of what was promised. The contractors showed up on time and completed the job in one day, keeping us up to date on the progress. When an issue was encountered we were contacted immediately and the options were laid out with no pressure as to what option we should choose. After the job was done they left our property clean and free of any debris. They work with only premium material and know what they are doing. You simply will not find a more professional, honest contractor that works with this much integrity.
My neighbor had a new roof and siding installed by Home Evolutions and it looked great, I got their number from a lawn sign after the work was completed. The estimate was equal to or lower than other contractors that had inspected our roof. Igor suggested we contact our ins co as we had severe wind damage, he helped with the claim and met with their adjuster. None of the others companies suggested we do this. Claim was settled, premium materials and installation completed on time and the work from start to finish was nothing less than outstanding, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.
