Great service; divers are friendly and show up on time.
Ordered a cab the night before to go to the airport the next morning. They promised to show up at 610am. At 615, when they still weren't there, I called them but no one picked up. I panicked but thankfully Uber just arrived to Albany and I was able to set up a ride quickly, and way cheaper. This is no way to do business.

I called an hour ahead to make sure they would be able to pick me up. I was told it would be no problem. Taxi calls me 5 minutes before they are suppose to be here and say they can't come because they don't have enough cabs. So why was I told it would be no problem? Now I'm standing here stranded in the rain and I'm going to miss my appointment. I am beyond livid at this point. I will never use this service again and highly recommend that no one else does either. Unless you enjoy being stranded.
