Anyone posting more than 1 star is probably fake. (Definitely call somewhere else, they suggest so themselves)
Driver was very punctual, but was rude and the car reeked of cigarette smoke. Thirty dollars (plus a 5 dollar tip) for a 14 minute ride. Both the operator and the driver kept calling me "honey," which I didn't like either. Wouldn't use Albany Taxi again.
Albany taxi is the best taxi service in Albany Ny . I know lots of people wright something which not true . Some people call 2-3 company at the same time when they see other TAXI company come at the same address that just egnore to provide services . I do gets my ride everyday on time even if thaye can't come thaye will send deference taxi for me . I m single mum I always think my safety firs . I highly recommended all of my friends ALBANY TAXI thanks to them
Just called this place. Was told 15 mins. 15 minutes later no cab. Called again was told 10 mins and dispatcher hung up. Called back, to ask "when do you think the cab will actually get here, I'm late" was told "who do you think you're talking to, we don't have to come get you, call somewhere else. I don't know..I'm not the one driving the car"
Definitely call somewhere else they suggest so themselves, don't give your money to these people, I rather walk and keep my money

Tried to call to get a taxi, and the person who answered was mad rude talking to people around him instead of helping me and then said "can I help you" & I was like yes I need a taxi, and he said to the other guy she ain't even answering me bro. And said have a good day and hung up... you expect to get service like that? Nope.
