Friendly staff, small but very nice pool, hot breakfast, clean pretty rooms, and cookies at check in! Had a great time here with my family.

I accidentally left a very nice Patagonia jacket in my room when I checked out. I called a few hours later when I realized my mistake and spoke with Alex at the front desk who recovered my jacket. When I came by to pick up the jacket, nobody could find it. I think that some member of the staff stole my jacket. I spoke with several staff members about this problem who all told me that they would call me back and nobody ever did. I am not a high maintenance customer and I do spend a substantial amount of money with Hilton (almost Diamond). It is frustrating that the one time that I ask for a small amount of additional customer service that I get my jacket stolen or lost and blown off by the staff.
3. I would recommend it and if you are coming to SUNY Albany, this is the hotel you should take.
