Stopped in today around noon picked up some Gin and Vermouth. While checking out I told the man that helped me (I think it was the owner) that last time I was in the store I bought a winged corkscrew but when I brought it home to use it broke the first time. He apologized for the inconvenience and said if you really bought it here I would replace it for free. I explained to him that I could bring the broken one back for him to take a look at it and he said you know what don't worry about it, let’s just get you a new one. (A very nice one I may add) It is nice to see a business that stands by their product and also finding a place that your word is valued. Thank you. You have my business.

The guys are so rude. Idk if they gt warned for underage issues or wat not. Definitely could improve their customer care.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! If i could give a -1 i would!! Worse service in the world!!!!! My girlfriend and I were standing in line to pay and i gave her my money and walked to the car. When she went to pay they started saying rude comment such as "you pay everything for you boyfriend all the time?" ..."on your own birthday you're paying for yourself?".. " He was like let me just walk out before i have to pay anything"
I’m not sure why there’s any negative comments about this place - the wine and alcohol is slightly higher priced than Empire - but that’s expected because they are a much smaller store. I’ve been very happy with the selection and service here.
