They are very unprofessional. They continuously mess up the billing. They jump right to giving meds even after I asked for tests they insisted on trying meds rather than testing. Had I filled the prescription I would have gotten sicker rather than better.
These people are purposely damaging my autistic spouses' health by refusing to give him the information for his endocrinologist appointment thru a format he can communicate through. They know he makes no hormones of his own and they think it's okay to hang up me me because he is upset in the background of the call when he hasn't had his hormones in months because of their mistakes. They have caused him to be unbalanced with their lack of care then blame him for it. This is willful harm and they have zero compassion.
Dr Sipperly and his staff are the best! They always are helpful and have worked me in, when I had an urgent matter. I highly recommend them.

I am shocked that anyone would write a negative review about Nicole! This wonderful PA stuck through my battle with a debilitating illness and was able to figure out exactly what was going on- when specialists couldn't! A genetic test proved her right. She is one of the few medical professionals who is open to concerns, questions and will listen to her patients. I have always felt comfortable - even if I don't agree with her recommendations. I suggest that any patient with concerns openly voice them before making disparaging comments on a public forum!
