Dr. Shoss did a great job with surgery on my arm. Painless and quick. Very professional and personable. His staff and nurse were excellent. Couldn't have been more pleased.
The absolute worst doctor experience ever!! I waited in the room for over 30 mins, just to find out that the person that I was scheduled to see originally, wasn't available, and dr. Shoss would see me. He came in for maybe 5 mins, looked over my body, kept speaking over me, not letting me to tell him what the purpose of my visit was, kept telling me that he is doing me a huge favor by seeing me, because he has other patients...well, I didn't just walk in the office, I had an appointment scheduled as well, also as a patient.
Never going back there again, and would never recommend that doctor to anyone!
This place is terrible. They take 2 days to return calls. The secretary is rude and doesnt try to help anyone. The doctors do not help any issues you have unless its minor. You can NEVER reach anyone but a answering machine and the rude Secretarys. Not well trained or informed staff. Much better spending money elsewhere.
Dealt with my melenoma and was awesome through the whole ordeal. Never had a problem with scheduling an appointment, staff is knowledgeable and professional!
I've been going here for several years for both medical and cosmetic issues. I feel like my issues are addressed and I'm in and out quickly. I've seen Dr Shoss and he's a very kinetic, fast moving guy. He's always answered my questions and I think their cosmetic services are very competitively priced.
PS: I was told that no surgeries were performed on Wednesdays. Well, not only was it a Tuesday, I didn't need any surgeries!! I had more concerns that I wanted to discuss, but was told that we weren't going to discuss them at that visit, but instead I should make another appointment!
And I was also told that the person I was scheduled to see originally, was at a procedure next door, not running late as it was mentioned in a reply to my review. Again, would never go back there again!
Dr. Shoss ended up telling me that he saw everything he wanted to see, and if I have other concerns, I would have to schedule another appointment. Unbelievable, I left work, just so nothing gets done, and I have to make time in my very busy schedule to come back??! He said my next appointment wouldn't take anymore than 10-15 mins...and why would you make me schedule another one then, why not spend another 10 mins and get everything done????
