Here to see if I have to get a biopsy for breast cancer. Been waiting for over an hour. The room is filled with people like me. Think it's a special kind of humor that for something so important and so scary, they'd overbook us all and let us all sit and sweat in our own fear and anxiety. #disgusted
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2014. Just the word "cancer" is horrifying. Regardless of your family and friends support you feel alone. The breast center was my life line. They were so supportive and caring. I will never forget a wonderful woman who held my hand through the biopsy and called me several times just to see how I was or if I needed anything. I am cancer free and extremely grateful to the outstanding care and support I received.
