Sage's weak acedmics made getting into NYU very hard. The administration at NYU allows me into the school based on my 3.8 at Kent State. Someone I went to Sage with -who had done all 4 years there- graduated with a 3.9 and still couldn't get in to NYU. If grad school is in your dreams, go somewhere else like SUNY.
Worst college to attend, they don't care about the students at all just the money that they can get from them. The school is waaayy over priced for the education you receive as a student, where your taught but professors who don't care or professors who don't even really teach the course.The school prides it self on its "diverse" student body but doesn't do anything for those diverse students. With all the money that they make off of students there's so many things that don't add up about the college, like how students pay for events in there tuition but they still have to pay out of pocket to attend those events. If you ask questions about where the money goes their silent. This college is a shame and has been riding off of the financial aid that they get from bringing in lower income families for too long, on top of that they were found guilty for predatory lending. Don't waste your time or money at Sage colleges of Albany!!!
I transferred to Sage to be closer to family my last year of college. Worst decision of my life. Not only do they treat you like you are in high school, but they also have very low standards when it comes to what college education is. I had to take a class the required me to draw a children's book- this was a semester long project.
Crummiest college ever lol. Do not go!
