Great Hopsital, at least Pediatrics and Radiology. Everybody is friendly and knows what they are doing. Shoutout to Mary Gleason NP, and Marlene Austin RN, best nurses ever!
I've been here since 5:30 pm with a migraine and chest pain. I haven't been seen nor talked to by a doctor nor have I been offered meds for my pain and not one person has offered an explanation. If it took this long to respond to a 911 call they'd probably end up dead. It's been almost 4 hours. Unbelievable
The weekend is horrible you wait for hours the see a doctor and when they show up it's takes seconds to talk to you. You have to wait hours to be discharged and do all this in pain and freezing in the room. I hope they give all the right paper work to take home. There was a lady in the next room calling for help and no would help her. This is a death trap. I wish we can go home.
If I could, I would give a negative review or at least a no star review. This hospital is a joke. My mother has been here for 2 weeks. She waited almost 3 hours for pain meds on numerous days, she has had to press the call button and wait for hour at a time. Some of the nurses are nice but let's just say it's not a very fast past hospital. The rooms are dirty, they dont change the linen or help the patients clean up....of course her children were cleaning the room, changing her bedding, and helping her shower. I have been here all but 3 days out of the 2 weeks and have literally only seen the doctor once and that was the night of surgery. Oh, I also loved how I waited 5 hours in the waiting room for surgery, meanwhile no doctor came and spoke to me, no nurse or anybody for that fact came to tell me that my mother was okay. Yet they told her that they did. This hospital is the absolutely biggest, slowest and dirtiest hospital I have ever been to.
Horrible hospital. I was told fax over some documents. A staff member in Albany Medical Center Outpatient Physical Therapy give me the wrong fax number and lost all of my documents with ALL of my information. They do not return phone calls. They do not meet deadlines. They gave me the run around because they did not know what they were doing. Lots of miscommunication between staff members. Had to file a compliant against the entire office. Will NEVER do any kind of business with them again!
