Awful.
This was are 2nd trip there in 2 weeks both times lousey food both times. Do you self a favor go some else to spend your money Friday's has bad employees and bad food no wonder they were mostly empty on a Thursday night
The food was ok. Not the quality I've had at other Friday's. The Mac n cheese tasted like they just sprinkled bread crumbs on top after it had been cooked and the pasta was tough to chew. My sister enjoyed her burger though and the dessert was great. The service was eh. The wait would have been a little ridiculous as it wasn't busy but we weren't in a rush this visit.
On October 24 2017, myself and 11 other people, visited your restaurant. I ordered the bruchetta chicken. It was the worst meal I ever had. The meal was cold, the pasta wasn't cooked properly, and now that you have changed the recipe(added sauce) it was awful. I don't ever plan on visiting your restaurant ever again. I was disappointed.
Ordered chicken quesadilla came out burnt can't believe they let it leave the kitchen like that. Best of all told bartender it was burnt she did give a dam could not be bothered.
Long wait after being seated. After 10 minutes we asked about our server. She came over 5 mins later and took our complete order. The group of 4 behind us was served, ate and had left before our food arrived. Good food though.
Went to the Stuyvesant Plaza location for my boyfriends birthday. Waitress rarely came back to the table. One of our party's burger had chewy and flimsy bacon, and sauce on his burger that he specifically requested without. Mozzarella sticks came with no mozzarella in them, just the outer bread casing. Drinks came with no lemon as the lemon was requested. The table behind us had no one there and yet hadn't been cleaned. There was a trash bag hanging beside us on one of the purse/jacket hooks. I had to ask for the desert menu. We ordered our desserts, one of our table guests said she had already spoken with the hostess about doing a birthday song for my boyfriend. When the desserts came out there was no necessary embarrassing song, instead the waitress said "oh we don't do that". My ice cream came with a fork as I was told they didn't have spoons. We had to ask to have the dishes removed from our table so we had room to eat our desserts. So disappointed. Fridays has completely gone down hill. Terrible.
