September 20, 2017 was the closing of the sale of the house in Clifton Park, NY my sister and I bought for our parents over 13 years ago, when our parents were still living. After they passed away we kept the property as a rental. When we decided to sell the property this year, I interviewed candidate real estate agents on the phone. He did and his information was pertinent and extremely helpful. For example, he noticed the circuit breaker panel in the basement was one that had been faulty enough to have led to a lawsuit against the manufacturer, and he said it would raise a red flag in front of any buyer's qualified home inspector. We had the circuit box replaced. Alex made several other recommendations and we followed each one. He revisited the property and listed it for sale. There is a constant feedback from Alex and Zillow via e-mail to report showing appointments. We had competing offers on our property within 10 days after it was listed and advertised.
