My water heater died the night before Thanksgiving so I waited until Black Friday to buy a new one. I first went to Home Depot and tried to use them - and even though their website said same day installation available if you purchase before noon, they said they were unable to because of the holiday, but the employee in the store swore it would be done on Monday. I took that day off and after what felt like a few hundred phone calls - at 5pm that day still had no water heater installed and the contractor said he couldn't do it that day. I called Peter Farrell at about 530pm after cancelling every thing at Home Depot and he moved some things around and was there at 830am the next morning (when he said he would be! amazing!) and did a great job - for the same cost. He even said he'd have been willing to come do it Friday morning for no extra cost. My only complaint is with myself for not calling him first.
