Had these guys do my free estimate which is not free it's $89. Then gave me a quote of almost 700 not including tax ... another company already did the actual free estimate and it was only 400. That is quite the difference.

My ONLY complaint is when I looked up the part on line the cost of the part (installed) was ten times the cost of the part from a supplier (Home Depot, N&S etc.). I will continue to have Crisafulli (they are knowledgeable and very good) but I think I will keep a few of these parts on hand (transformer and Genisys controller etc.).
Great Service and a great attitude. Totally. I bought this house and one of the first things I did was have them service my system and signed up for the Red Carpet agreement (my system is 2 years old; OHW heat). Two weeks later on a Saturday (only happens on Saturdays or Sundays or the middle of the night it seems!) the reset was flashing and I had no hot water. Called and got a very quick call back. Burner would come on but would auto shut down (no flame). Tech (very good guy) checked it out and the transformer was bad. Replaced it and all was well.
I cannot speak to the quality of their work however I can speak regarding their lack of professionalism. Repeated calls with rude receptionists, (it was obvious that no messages were being relayed) , no return calls, estimates that would vary with each phone call or visit. I don't understand how other reviews say they are family friendly or community friendly because the plumber when he FINALLY did come to our home, every single sentence was riddled with a curse- I had a young child at home. HORRIBLE. Homeowners go somewhere else.
