This store should be closed. Keeping animals in such minuscule cages, completely alone is simply cruel and monstrous. Give these puppies company and space or close already! Disgusted and really sad after walking by and looking in.

Bought a dog from this place over a year ago and it was very sick when I got him. The staff lied about its medical history and its certificate of pedigree even tho they gave me papers indicating where he came from and what he had done, as far as treatment. Within the first two days, of having him, the dog showed a lot of signs of being sick. Took him to a trusted family vet where he performed tests that showed he had Kennel Cough, Ear Mites, UTI (urinary track infection) and Gardia (stomach parasite). I didn't trust the insurance company that they provided because of their bad history with claims. So I decided to pay off all the bills myself. Since then the dog has been on a steady road to recovery. Its been over a year now since we have the dog and he has been healthy, after many visits to vet! Recently I've decided to do some research, after looking over the documents that the store had giving us when we bought him, and realized that the breeder name on the certificate of pedigree is MICHELE KRUSE!!!. Which is another member of the Kruse Clan. If you don't know who these people are, they are notorious for having puppy mills across the US. Where they breed many dogs in poor unhealthy environments, and where they are locked up in cages day in and day out. Pet Zone is one of many stores that help the Kruse Clan profit from customers who buy their animals so they can keep on doing what they are doing. The reason I never brought the dog back was because I didn't want him to be back in that horrible store, which is a terrible environment. I figured he had more of a fighting chance, to live, if he stayed with me. PLZ BEWARE! The staff might be friendly or rude but they have no clue on how sick these puppies are.

The puppies here are in awful shape. They are locked up in kennels that look dirty and uncomfortable to be in without any blankets for the dogs to sit on. Some dogs seem so sad and depressed while others show signs of aggression. This is all stemming from the lack of interaction with other dogs and people during such a critical time in their development. Dogs are not meant to be caged for hours. Atleast allow the dogs to play with each other while you "showcase" them. The mall should not allow such stores to be present and promote this kind of treatment to dogs. They should impose higher standards for this store to follow.

Talk about scam!!! These poor pups are from puppy mills. They have kennel cough, uti , parasites and ear mites. They're forced to live in horrible environments before they're shipped off to stores to be sold for thousands of dollars. This store falsify documents stating that these pups are in perfect health but they're not. These pups are lethargic in the crates. Puppies shouldn't be that way, normal puppies are full of energy and usually barking at others. When you look into the ears of a puppy you shouldn't see dark red wax!! There should be minimum to no wax and it should be amber in color. The red is parasites that's dug into the skin of the pup and has caused bleeding. With all that bleeding the pups start to lose their hearing. Being a new owner I didn't know what to look for when I purchased a pup from petzone. I ended up spending almost 3,000$ for a shiba inu along with items he would also need. After a few days I noticed that he was super lethargic and couldn't hear me calling nor a ball bouncing. His reaction time was not normal. After taking him to a vet he was diagnosed with a urinary trac infection, stomach parasite, kennel cough and ear mites. I then did some research on the breeder Michele Krause and found all the horrible stories and open cases all around the US on the Krause Clan. I couldnt possibly take him back to petzone. It would mean his death. I decided I was going to do everything I can to care for him and get the necessary treatment for him. It's now been a year and he is finally at perfect health and full of life. My heart goes out to all the pups that are at petzone and other stores that receive pups from the Krause Clan. My wish is that these pup mills can be closed down and the pups there can receive the love they deserve.

The staff here are super helpful. I was with my Nice and nephew and they where thrilled when they saw the puppies
