Workers were uneducated about animals they are selling. The conditions of the puppies that were there was horrible. They are in hot glass cages without water, small children banging and yelling at the glass sides of the cage. They had no water and the 3 dogs in the glass cage were far too big to all be in one cage. The store was closing up and the dogs water bowls had not been filled nor there cage been cleaned. Cannot say for sure if the cages were cleaned and water bowls filled before leaving or if the workers just left them as is. It is heartbreaking to think of all the issues those dogs are going to have. Very sad places like this are still allowed to sell puppies.

Have to give it a 5 star because I got two puppies here! one I can't pick up yet & the other is 2 years old. He's my baby :) he's healthy, perfect and great personality. They've always been very nice and helpful. They weren't pushy whatsoever! considering it is a pet store in the mall, I like it.

I’m not sure why initially they verbally told me and presented me with papers that showed the dog had been dewormed but never bothered to verbally disclose the dog still actually had worms and was on sale because of that. Cosmic mystery.

The girls working at Everything Pets are all super nice and super helpful until there was a problem with the dog I bought there. The day I bought my dog the girl at Everything Pets sad the dog was on sale for $999, down from almost 3K because he was the last of his litter. Great! They had me sign more papers than a car dealer. They told me to take the dog to the vet quickly—7 days...and in case anything is wrong to just bring in the vet bill. They sold me a bunch of stuff including a harness that did not even fit my dog and food that is not available anywhere and that the vet never heard of, all while going over pages and pages of gobbledygook congenital diseases vs parasites and all their hidden legaleze.

A woman next to me asked to see a puppy, with no hesitation the employee took the puppy out for her. I ask another employee to see a puppy and she said "only if your interested in buying." I guess I didn't look like my wallet was thick enough. I would never buy a puppy from a pet store anyways but It became the perfect time to educate my children. Its all about the money not the puppy!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars! This is the worst place to EVER buy a puppy! I got a puppy here Sunday morning, and by Monday morning he was lethargic and not acting himself. We brought him to the vet because he couldn't even wake up. At the vet, he was given a few doses of glucose because he was hypoglycemic, and then he was at 300, still acting lethargic, which is not normal in a new puppy. They further examined him to find out there is something wrong with his liver. The pet store was very rude in taking him back, making it seem like our fault. The "owner" Bridget was very disrespectful and kept trying to make us feel bad for wanting to return the puppy. As if we didn't feel bad enough! The dog was having seizures and was NOT healthy by any means!!!! Again, DO NOT BUY A DOG HERE, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I will be going to all of the news stations around the capital region because EVERYONE deserves to know they are selling unhealthy puppies! This was my first puppy and we are heartbroken, and the owner did not even care about the dog when we brought it back! She threw it in a cage and didn't look back while the dog was whimpering! I am scarred from this experience and I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT THIS DUMP!!!!!!!

The bottom line is Everything Pets will tell you anything to sell you a dog. They do not give refunds for their dogs (50% store credit) and they do not reimburse for vet bills for dogs they sell you with worms. And I see they don’t have many stars. Hmmmm. I wonder why?

When the vet said the dog had worms I called Everything Pets and the girl there said deworming should only cost $10. Turns out it was $75. The girl at Everything Pets said to bring in the bill. I did. The girl at Everything Pets said the owner was out of town and would call in a few days, likely by Monday and that I’d have the money refunded for the vet bill credited back to my credit card. Twenty minutes after getting home the supposedly out-of-town owner calls and said the dog was on sale because it had worms, and that worms in new dogs are common. (I wonder in my head at this point why they would so steeply discount a dog for something so common and that should only cost “$10?) Cue the double talk. No refund for worms. Everything I was told by the girls working there was denied by the owner. Big shock. The owner even said I never called and claimed I just showed up with a bill. Complete lie. I do have my cell phone showing I called there today before I went to my vet. I even had my vet print two copies of the bill because of the conversation I had with the girl from Everything Pets.
