Frank and Cheese were quick and efficient and friendly. I'm a poor packer due to disabilities but everything was handled safely and nothing was broken. They loaded the truck with expertise despite my multi-shaped boxes and odd last minute things. Nothing broke or missing. Frank, was especially helpful. When my furniture didn't fit the new space as nicely as I thought he made excellent suggestions that work well functionally and look good. All my friends live in my new building and stopped by with food and flowers. (I have thoughtful friends.) Their first reaction was to compliment the furniture arrangement so Frank did that very well. I am enjoying the arrangement and would not have placed everything so well without his help. It looks very good and works well too!
Mark, Liz, and their team were awesome. Moving tends to be one of the most stressful things you go through, but Don's made it easy. I learned pretty early on to just let the pros do what they know and stay out of their way. The moving crew was courteous, very careful, and made me feel very confident that the rights guys were on the job. Pricing is fair, and the entire process was made so easy for me. I would highly recommend Don's Moving & Storage to anyone.
Do not hire these guys! When moving they took a extremely long time. Complained about moving items, put scratches and holes in my walls when moving items and said nothing to me about them. Lost sofa legs, and parts to bed in transit to new place. We're not able to put my bed back together as they lost pieces. You can call them but get no response even after leaving several voicemails. Very rude disrespectful and not professional. I guess you get what you pay for
I used this company to store my belongings during the summer; When I received my things one of my items was damaged beyond usage or repair. I emailed the company just to receive nothing in return after a four days wait. I then called the company to talk about what could be done, but they refused to take responsibility for the damage my item took on while in their care. The year before, they completely forgot to bring me my items from storage.
Friendly, hard-working crew (Frank, Cheese, Matt) completed our move last week in the time quoted in the estimate, even though we added wardrobe boxes, rugs, and bicycles that weren't part of the estimate. A very pleasant, hassle-free experience.
