Horribly bad. Took 2 hours to deliver. Guy called 4 times and said he could not find us...we are a big business on Wolf Road. Food was ice cold. Could not eat. Had to throw out. Wrong order. Ranch instead of blue cheese. When I called they basically said '"Oh well. Nothing we can do."
Ordered a pizza tasted like they heated up a pizza that was already sitting, got super hot wings instead of a mild a disappointment when you already drove home, tried to call but it takes time to get them on the phone.
Super friendly service, lots of pizza choices, some unusual toppings ... pretty decent pizza for a great price! Recommended by our hotel - not a bad choice at all!
Great friendly customer service. Delicious food, timely, open later than anywhere else. Either the best price or competitive and almost always best value. They can mess up on occasion but everywhere does. I've been ordering and getting take out all over the region for years. No one beats westgate pizza bella!
Best calzone ever! Sauce was delish. Great Mozzerella sticks. They delivered to my hotel room free of charge. Also that calzone was the largest one I ever saw. Think large pizza folded in half! Wish I could take them back to my him town.
Had a good experience when it was fairly new that's the theme of Albany restaurants they come out strong and get so much business because we are so small and excited about the new. During the rush instead of adding to keep the process smooth they overwork and it shows up in the quality of the food.
