Thank you for filling my pizza craving with a fabulous pizza at a great price on my birthday!
-While he was bringing the top to the driver i noticed i had a cheese pizza, but asked for pepperoni when i ordered, so i ran to the door to tell the driver i had the wrong pie!
+ Food was delicious! My husband is from Brooklyn and since being upstate with me he is not fond of our pizzas, but he said it's the third best he has had up here so far. (First best was Hendersons in Schaghticoke, but they unfortunatly have closed)
Each + below is the reason i gave a star, and obviously the - is why i didnt!
+The Driver immediately apologized and offered to bring it back and return with the correct pizza. However i scanned the receipt and realized that i was not charged for the topping so i want concerned about it (should recommend order taker to repeat the order to the customer in future tho)
Crust is decent. Better than anything else I've had in the area.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Food is not worth the trouble either. Lost an entire department of customers.
I order pizza every weekend, and its very delicious the pizza dough is soft and tasty, they make it exactly as I want, they have whole wheat which is my favorit, and also the gluten free is excellent, the delivery time was fast for a weekend which is the busiest day, I recomand the place for all the pizza lovers.
I will most definitely be ordering from here again in the future, however I'll make sure to have my order repeated to me next time lol... (I actually prefer cheese, husband wanted the Pepperoni, so I'm actually a bit glad it got mixed up, just don't tell my husband i said that lol).
August 19th being my birthday, I decided to order some pizza from somewhere i had never been before (hate Dominos prices and small portions with a passion)!
THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT EVEN RECEIVE ONE STAR, CHICKEN PARM SUB WAS MADE BY A 1ST GRADER, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND RUDE
+Driver showed up in about the right time with my food nice and hot, just like i like it lol, my husband forgot to tip him, most drivers get cranky in such case but not him, i quickly had my husband run or after him and give him his tip!
*If I had placed a similar order at Dominos I would habe paid closer to $35, but i spent under $20! (Medium cheese pie, garlic sticks, fried dough balls, and free garlic knots)
+ I call to place my order, the lady on the line actually told me my approximate wait time and total without haven't to ask for it (most places i order from never tell price unless i ask)
