They are rude, treat you like an idiot, and will go out of their way to not help you.
Everyone here was so nice. They showed me how to do work on replacing my antique lock in the store as well as helping me find a new replacement part. Saved me hundreds! I'll definitely come back if I need anything in the future.

I had an issue with a key getting jammed in the barrel of an incredible old lock in my apartment building. I really screwed it up in the process of removing my key, and placed all the parts into a bag and brought it here. I was expecting to hear "it can't be fixed, you'll need a whole new lock". Instead I heard "hang on, let me look at this". In 30 minutes Penny had fixed the lock, and cut me new keys. And it didn't cost a fortune. She is awesome, personable and ever so knowledgeable. I will be using this place for all my locksmithing needs from this point going forward.
I recently brought in a lock from a '58 aluminum camper that I purchased without a key. They were able to create keys for the lock, and gladly took the time to explain how it all worked to me. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and quick. Great service!
