I've been going to Littman's for 20yrs. I've been shopping at this location since it opened. I also have pieces from Northeastern, and Hannoush. But for value and selection Littman's is Great. You also have Friends and Family sales, Diamond shows as well as 0% financing. Lastly if you have a problem speak to Deborah the manager, she will fix it.
They are crazy unprofessional, and their jeweler is worth nothing.
This place is nice if you just want to buy a little present or some very non fine jewelry.
BUT, these people are NOT jewelers.... they don't know their business (they can't even recognize a real diamond from a fake... they had to ask if my ring was a real diamond!)
I brought them a ring because the stones were loose.... they called me to say it was fixed. I got it back, the stones were still wiggling, so I told them to fix it again... 3rd time... and the stones are still wiggling.
I came in to pick up my repair for my engagement ring and was made to wait 30-45 minutes. There were only two workers and while one of them was helping another customer, the manager was chit-chatting with a relative. I will never do business here again. The manager is unfriendly and unprofessional, where's the good customer service?
If you need actual work done, go somewhere else...

Worse thing is, you tell them, like show them, look the stones wiggle, and they tell you "no they don't, we did it twice already" (while you actually watch them wiggle).
This place looks great on the outside but..... I wouldn't suggest it. My boyfriend purchased a beautiful tennis bracelet for me for Christmas. It was huge so we went to get it sized when they called to say it was ready we went in and the girl looked frantic, turns out it was missing TWO diamonds. Then three months later the clasp just up and broke we bring it to get it fixed all diamonds in tact and when we get it home turns out yet ANOTHER diamond was missing. I find it very odd that only under their supervision that I'm missing diamonds when I wear it all the time and never take it off. Especially for the pretty penny that he spent.
