Each custom piece came out beautiful and after my experiences with him I would not consider going anywhere else for any of my jewelry needs.
Most recently, Fritze Jewelers appraised an necklace from a respected department store chain....Fritze's assessment and explanation allowed me to make a confident decision. He is always friendly and helpful and the only jeweler I trust!
We brought our wedding bands and my engagement ring in to get sized. Our bands still didn't fit after they were siszedand that wasn't even the bad part. I noticed right away that my beautiful diamond ring had a chip and crack in it!!! He refused to replace it and make up for HIS mistake. He told us that he could have sold our ring because it sat at his business longer than 30 days and that he didn't owe us anything!!! STAY AWAY from this shady scammer!! I would give him negative stars if I could. I am a business owner myself and I would never ever do this to anyone what he did to me. If you make a mistake you should fix it and make it right. Instead he would rather try to scam me and run a shady, crooked business. Karma will catch up with him.
