When I lived in Albany, I shopped here all the time. I started shopping here because it was more relaxing and convenient than Price Chopper, but I came to realize that the prices were good as well. On the rare occasions when the price of some item was wrong, they refunded me with double the amount I paid for it. The cashiers were almost always nice and eager to be of help.
Good produce. Very pricey. I would buy from there if I had the liberty to spend the extra bucks on items on every visit. However, they carry good quality stuff.
Hannaford is amazing. Every item is priced reasonably and fresh. The store is always very clean. There's a convenient restroom for the public as well.
My favorite market by far, the butchers are al always helpful, will custom cut what you want on the spot. Its a clean and always stocked store. And, it's across the street from a Price Chopper, which is another story all together. Compare and you'll understand were I'm coming from.
A nice place to shop. I find that Hannaford's food is a lot more fresher than other food stores. U can find some pretty good deals there except the seafood is pretty steep.
