Bought a vehicle and when I came across some broken parts I went back to have them replaced or fixed. They told me I had to buy the parts and they would install them. This was within the first 30 days. They also had a 2nd key for the vehicle and didn't bother to call me and let me know. I recommend you buy your vehicle elsewhere.
Stereotypical slimey used car dealer. I put a deposit down on a truck and came back to get it a week later. We complete the sale and Grigory goes to fill up the tank as promised. He only fills it halfway because "it's too expensive". Whatever. I drive (3.5 hours) home and realize that they swapped out the nearly new Michelin tires that were on it when I left the deposit for heavily used Pirellis. I didn't make a fuss because I still felt I got a good deal. 2 days later the check engine light comes on and the truck won't drive over 30mph. Bring it in for a repair estimate and it needs $2200 worth of work. I relay this info (since it's under warranty) and they say that there is no way they're paying that and I need to bring it to their shop for repair. Keep in mind it's a 3.5 hour drive going 70, at 30mph it'd be over 8 hours. No way that's happening. I suggested towing it if they really want to repair it themselves. We have several days of back and forth about how to repair the truck, where they recommend I do it myself with used parts off of eBay (which they volunteer to buy) and after a week without a car I finally bring it into a cheaper shop and the bill is $1400. I send them the receipt and wait for my check. And wait. And wait. I continually remind them and finally (over a month later) I receive a check for $750. WTF am I supposed to do with that??
I am filing a report with the BBB and the NY attorney general tomorrow.
In the middle of all of this I get a call from Alex saying that my check didn't clear because I "cancelled the payment". Keep in mind it's a bank check so I have no way of even doing that. He repeatedly threatens to repo the truck. After much back and forth with my bank we come to realize that when the owner's wife went to cash the check she signed her own name, not the business name.
I live in GA and bought a 05 dodge sprinter form MIG. Gabriel made the buying process easy and painless. The dodge sprinter van was in great shape and runs like a dream. After the sale was finalized I had a couple of questions and Gabriel was easy to reach and provided knowledgeable advice. Would recommend MIG to any one looking for a vehicle.
They sold me a Audi A4 2006 had it for 8 days then the check engine light came on. Brought it back so they could fix the problem and 2 days later the engine light came on again. So I brought it to a well known mechanic European repairs for a diagnostic and they gave me a list of issues with the car with a total of $3900 worth of work that needs to be done.brought this information to Alex and the boss there and they told me they can't help me. Check engine light is still on and it's been on everyday after the 8th day I bought the car. Keep in mind I have a 30 day warranty. Have to get a lawyer involved and Dmv now Plus the better business bureau. Terrible business by these people and I recommend not buying anything from there.
Worst dealer ever. They sell lemon vehicles. I bought a truck from them 2 weeks ago and i have brought it back 4 times for the same thing. Now im getting a lawyer to try to get my money back
