John Clay and everyone that worked with me there did an awesome job. They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at the price I felt comfy with. John fought for me to get me the best deal. The knowledge and professionalism I experienced at DePaula is unlike anything I've ever seen before at a car dealership. I was very pleased with the service I received at DePaula. My service rep, Dave, was very helpful and pointed out information about my service plan to my benefit. Another big plus was the white board outside of service to track customer arrival and expected update time/completion. This showed me they cared about my time and the status of my vehicle. The amenities (cookies, muffins, and coffee) were also nice to have while I waited for my car. With regards to the service, my car was ready 1/2 hour earlier than expected and the work was done very well. I travel 1.5 hours to get my Mazda serviced at DePaula. I bought the car there when it was still Orange Motors a couple years ago. I will say the customer service and workmanship will keep me coming for years to come.
Awesome from start to finish. Had to bring truck to Collision Center to have repairs done to tailgate. Everyone from office staff to the technicians treated me so well. They addressed all of my concerns and were so accommodating. The job they did was perfect. Looks like it just came from the factory. I can't say enough about these people, they really go out of their way to make you feel like you are the only customer they have with the personal attention they give to your particular situation. An excellent group of people doing exceptional work!!
