Hole in the wall bakery with the best bread and rolls in the area. If you have a pot of sauce on the stove, you must stop here.
This place isn't pretty, but that doesn't matter. Their bread and pizza dough is top notch. If you've had a good sub within the Capital District, chances are your Delicatessen gets their rolls from these guys. It's taken a while for me to realize it, but Prinzo's great and I don't know what I would do without them.
Hey remember as a kid walking up the street everyday to get a hard roll they were 25 cents what years without having them stop by 1 day now I'm back every friday getting more this place is excellent I would not go to any other bakery hopefully will be open for many more years to come keep up the good work

Their bread is amazing and all from scratch!!! No premade or frozen dough all bread is made on site!
