I live close to the Mall. It's a valuable asset if you treat it as such. Shop the prices stay aware of sales and you can land some great bargains. Although I severely frown down on the price gouging during Xmas time. F.Y.E. is famous for taking all products back to full price. Even though these items we're on sale for the entire summer. Xmas comes and now raise the price... Severely frown down. Although the mall as a entire place is not all like this.
Nothing particularly special, but it is the capital regions premier mall and is therefore the largest by far with the most variety and uniqueness. On that front, they have a huge bowling alley bar restaurant amusement facility called Lucky Strike. They have a cool comedy club. A huge kids playground thing. Imax movies. Some way above average restaurants throughout. Actually, come to think of it, Crossgates is pretty cool. Because nothing listed above can be ordered or experienced on Amazon. Go and support the place and it's unique offerings.
Crossgates is a nice enough mall. It's rather big, two levels. It has a lot of stores even one's that had left our local mall. They also have a Regal Cinemas, 18 screens plus Imax. The food court has a nice selection of choices to choose from. I didn't take any pics while I was there. I don't see the point, it's just a mall.
This is the mall to visit in the capital region. Good selection of stores. There are many clothing stores with good sales. I always like to stop by and look at the puppies. The foot court had a good selection. I'm a Sbarro fan myself. Choose this mall over colonie mall. Not as good.
Excellent visit today. Early so great parking spot! Visited 3 stores and 2 kiosks. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Music was pleasant and temperature of mall was good. Not too hot!
