I'm writing this review based on one consultation I had with Brian. He is knowledgeable, patient, gentle and responds fast. I was impressed with his service. I just went to clear up some questions regarding my status so hopefully I don't have to get him involved. But as you can gather from other reviewers, he does seem bang for buck.
