I was with another company paying close to 200 a month and I get a call from State Farm asking if they could have an opportunity to lower my payments. Before even asking what I paid monthly they gave me an 80 dollars decrease in my monthly payments with an upgrade on my coverage!! So I now pay way less than what I was paying with a way better premium and when I got a new car they were completely ok with me looking around for something better, but theirs was still way better than everyone else. They have always helped me when I needed help and have always been there, they really are a good neighbor and always there to for you!
Met with Erik today. As a younger guy I'm so used to being looked down upon by the typical car insurance agent, but man not with Erik. Office was easy to find and he was extremely friendly and didn't mind really going through every thing so there was no confusion anywhere. He also never made me feel stupid for not understanding how all the auto insurance and house insurance works and encouraged questions. Great guy highly recommend.
Erik was wonderful in explaining everything. He was very thorough and made sure all the paperwork was in order and what I was receiving was the same as the previous company. He took care of all the paperwork and eliminated all my worries of switching. PLUS I received more benefits to joining State Farm. I was very impressed and comfortable with my decision. I like their new Healthy Driving App, also. They treated me with respect and understanding that I really wanted to save money plus have good coverage. Thank you Erik.

Maria called the Towing company to come and get my vehicle and got me into a Rental vehicle the very next day. I had an issue with the rental vehicle and Maria called the rental company and reserved another vehicle for me. I texted Maria that I was stuck in traffic and was not going to make it to the rental place in time. Maria drove to the rental place on her own time and asked the rental agent to wait for me as I had to pick up another vehicle. That is TRULY AMAZING in My opinion. State Farm, Erik LaChance, and Maria are TRULY THE BEST!!!!!!
