This is actually a nice little place. My stepdaughter had day surgery yesterday and despite my hesitations about it not being a full hospital it was a very good experience.
Don't believe me? then do a walk though the "entire" office first before making an appointment. I wish someone had warned me.
The facility was clean and I was in bathrooms on two different floors.
Horrible place - DO NOT COUNT ON THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR LIFE!!!
Dr. Barry the pediatric eye surgeon is just exellent. We can already see positive results.
Dr. Potentiano in Psychiatry is the most gentle hearted compassionate and knowlegable specialist in the field I have ever seen. He handles my medication management and also asks how I am doing in general and offers so much support. I highly recommend him though the office staff can challenging to deal with over the phone at times.
It’s dirty, dingy and the people are disrespectful – I have NEVER encountered so many rude employees in one office as I did at the Endocrinologist group. And, I couldn’t wait to get out of there and wash my hands because it's a dirty place. I could kick myself for not leaving immediately after talking with the rude receptionist checking in but had thought maybe she was just having a bad day – boy was I wrong! STAY AWAY! (didn't even want to give 1 star but was forced to in order to warn people about this place.
All in all it is a nice place, we felt like we were in competent caring hands.
I just love the atmosphere of the office
The admin staff was very nice and made us at ease and the nurses who cared for our little girl were awesome.
The breakfast sandwhich in the cafeteria was delish. The gift shop was small but the prices were good. No fees for parking.
