The staff was friendly and professional. We had a short wait time. They were great with my daughter and gave her a balloon at the end. I would definitely go back there.
I used to go to the urgent care at Patroon Creek, I will not go there again after going to EmUrgentCare on Wolf Rd. The urgent care at Patroon Creek sent me on my way with some pain killers for my throat pain and barely listened to me during the exam. I still had problems a week later and went to EmUrgentCare on Wolf Rd. The staff was friendly, most notably the doctors and PAs that I have seen there. The doctor listened to me, took his time in understanding my symptoms and diagnosed mono which was confirmed by a blood test. This is a great facility, I will be using them until I can establish a relationship with a PCP. Thank you for the good work!
My wait time was only about ten minutes which was amazing in itself! Then I saw Dr Michael Reilly. He was awesome! I was nervous for my visit but he talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable!! Total Time spent there was maybe 30 minutes. Very clean also!
Staff was amazing wth my 3 year old. PA, Corey, was so great with my daughter and we were in and out. Fantastic service
Very nice staff. Experienced almost no wait, but the facility is only capable of doing X-rays.
If you look at the other negative reviews, click on the reviews they've given other medical providers, they are all negative, some people just don't know how the medical field works. I wouldn't lend them too much attention. Use your discretion.
