There aren't enough words to describe how amazing this place is! Freestyle is not a "gym" or a JUST a place to workout. Freestyle is a community and a family filled with the most knowledgable, creative, innovative and caring trainers around!! Every workout is completely different, never boring and always challenging! They keep your mind and body guessing while keeping it fun! If you're looking for a place to get healthy physically and mentally, be your best self, gain some great friends and have fun along the way this place is it!!!
I am so grateful to have found this gym. I am challenged beyond my imagination each and every time I go. The classes are innovative and challenging, and the trainers are knowledgeable. Safety and health are number 1 and I am always given modifications as I gain my strength back after baby. Definitely the best gym I've ever been to.
Freestyle Fitness Center is truly an amazing gym. It is filled with trainers who care about each and every one of their clients. Each trainer knows you on a personal level, and will meet your personal needs. Nothing is looked at as a limitation. Shoulder issue? No problem, they will create an exercise that you can do and that is fit for your body. This is a gym that does not follow the "one size fits all" mentality. Everyone is unique and has individual goals, which will be met at freestyle. Furthermore, EVERY class is unique and never repeated. I have never been to a class where I am "bored". They are constantly changing things to keep your body guessing and fit. The classes are filled with energy, both from the clients and trainers. If you are looking for a place where you will be supported and surrounded by people who truly care about you.....freestyle is the place to be.
This is more than a gym, it is a fitness family! The team at Freestyle offers a personal touch you can't get at the large gyms.The supportive atmosphere encourages the beginners to do their best and challenges the already fit to reach new heights. I'm so happy to be part of this amazing group and recommend this facility highly!
I love this gym. I had been looking for a place where I could get FABULOUS, unique workouts, where I would not be bored, and where trainers really care about total health and well being. Freestyle is that place. I had quiet goals that I wanted to achieve and the trainers paid attention, met with me personally, and listened. I feel great, have made great friends, and am happy to go to classes. Every time. Gina and Shawn are incredibly knowledgeable and they are always trying new things. More importantly, they seem to have tremendous fun in their work. Get here. You will be more fit, happy, and you will make friends who care as much about your accomplishments as you do.
