The quote was provided at the time Dan initially visited my house which was a much better experience than any other electrician I had provide a quote. We had some electrical problems outside at our pool area. Dave spent almost the entire day finding problems and quickly repaired them He explained everything. The estimate he gave us prior to the work was exactly what we paid. He did excellent work and cleaned up everything before he left. Dave had been here before and have been pleased with his work.
My appointment was booked for today, he called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He arrived and it was 25 minutes before my scheduled window. We again reviewed the job, he answered all my annoying homeowner questions with a great attitude then got to work. He respected my home, my carpet, my tools, my property. As he worked and we crossed paths he gave me updates, let me know where he was at and what he was doing next, it was great. He finished he job and we went over everything, he showed what did what and who to call if something went wrong etc. He hauled away my empty boxes and I enjoyed electricity in my new garage.

My techs name was Jason and he was great. He ran the quote for me about a week earlier. Super friendly, knew his business, understood my job and offered advice and tips, which I gladly accepted. He quoted the job ON THE SPOT which was awesome, I didn’t wait a week to hear back or have to call twice to get my quote. Right then and there he said what it would cost and what he could do.
Rob in the office was awesome too. Before we booked he negotiated down a couple bucks to my next lowest quote and did it with a smile.
