I went there yesterday to find a dress and it's so obvious that it's based off commission there. I went in and automatically some women by the name of Amy or Alex starts practically yelling at me. I understand she was trying to help but I could barely get a word out before she started telling me what I'd like and wouldn't leave me alone to shop. Overall it was a horrible experience would not recomend.
Friendly staff, great sales, lovely merchandise
I have never taken the time time to write a bad review, but this incident had angered me to my core. A very nasty employee, a black woman with a thick accent who's nametag either said Uwa or Uma is hands down the nastiest person I've ever delt with in a retail store. I have worked retail for a few years now at a clothing store and know you never ever treat a customer like this. Today, I was shopping with my boyfriend after putting a few cute shirts on hold the night before because I wanted my boyfriend's opinion on them. My boyfriend is an absolute sweetheart but he hates clothes shopping (like most men). He was very sweet today and came with me to give his opinion on the shirts. When I went to go try them on, a very large family took up all of the seats outside the dressing room and were crowded around it. So I asked my boyfriend to simply STAND OUTSIDE my dressing room in the fitting room hallway. Everything was fine until this nasty employee started SCREAMING at him to get out of the dressing room. I came out immediately and explained that he was just standing outside of it to give me his opinion on the items I was trying on. The employee stormed out and came back a few minutes later threatening to call security on him. To which he stormed out of the damn store and back into the mall. I ended up uncomfortably buying the shirts because this employee decided to give me nasty looks the entire time. I used to LOVE this store. I used to RAVE about how much I loved it to my friends and family. I used to drag friends in there to go shopping with me, but no more. I have been in this store NUMEROUS TIMES with my boyfriend to help me try on things such as my prom dress I purchased here last year because he is my best friend and his opinion matters to me. No other employee at rhis store during these nunerous other shopping trips have given me any damn problems with having my boyfriend respectfully stand OUTSIDE MY DRESSING ROOM. I don't always have a female friend of mine available to shop with me. I also have a few very good transgender friends who go through this kind of closed minded BS on a regular basis whenever just trying to shop as the gender they have identified with for a majority of their lives. I am seriously never stepping foot into this establishment again and from the looks of it, your business isn't doing so well considering its almost always empty as hell in there. I hope your closed minded nasty self gets fired. Learn some respect for other people, especially customers who are the ones funding your paycheck.
Lately I have finding some really beautiful tops there. Pricey but great quality. Helps to have a coupon. Sometimes they have them at the register.
Awesome atmosphere and great service experience
