Got my kids half the time
After posting I was fortunate to see the law guardian responsible for fudging the representation of my children modified his page and used a format popular downstate to empower women, children, poor. My experience with the law firm was so difficult. I was redirected and misinformed so often. Truly devasting to the development of my children and the repair of our blended family. I'm proud of being an out spoken woman who refused to allow attempts at disgrace dissuade me and reroute my attention from the priority of parenting my children. What one parent can do another parent can do. The law firm made tremendous errors, however, they appear to have learned from trying to capitalize on the misfortune of a domesticity viololated woman. I am not a victim. I have not only survived I have triumphed and changed NYS for the greater good. God is watching. I am proud of my children and the dignity we have maintained as a united blended family. Thank you Jesus Amen xxxxxx Blessings to all the fathers, mothers, children in Albany Family Court. I have a case in this court and I want to thank the person that answer the phone (a gentleman - couldn't provided his name - described himself as just a court clerk) He is always helpful and polite and give you the best information following the privacy and court policies and procedures. He has been the most professional person that I have talk at any court and or official place in Albany county. Thanks for all the professional job you do. I am proud and glad of having public servers as you,, keep it up!!.. you are a great representation of the Albany County Family Court !!!
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience through Albany Family Court. In my experience I was discriminated against and held to a different standard because of my history with domestic violence and an inability to move forward due to poverty and parental alienation. I am hopeful that the discrimation, alienation, pain my family suffered because of legal negligence will never impact another child, mother, father, or blended family. My wish is that the court in addition to drug court consider mental health advocacy. Family relationships vary. Family experiences are not to be generalized. Assumptions due to socioeconomic factors cannot influence the decision of a law guadian, public defender, or judge. Most unfortunate how my children have been traumatized by the legal system. Pray for a change in consciencesness. Thank you.
