I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Everytime I go, I am welcomed with a smile and questions about my daughter's and I well being. Sometimes the wait is long, but it's worth. I went in for a trim. I usually don't blow my hair out because of all the heat damage. Well about 4 inches off, and I was told that was dead ends. My hair has never been the same. I started to notice that no matter what product I tried to use, my hair was always dry and brittle. I didn't wear my hair in ponytails, yet my edges seemed to be falling out. And the tipper was the bald spot.
I've always gone here and never had a problem until recently. These people do not care about your hair, do not go here. They leave you under the dryers for way too long, to the point where I developed a huge blister on my scalp and didn't realize it until later in the evening. You'd think a salon that multiple people go to, the workers would actually care about their customers. I'd give no stars if I could, $40 down the drain.

I don't know if anyone remembers when Enve used to be next door to the store (there is currently another shop there). The owner was a Jamaican/Dominican woman. She used to have my hair on point. So when the new owners took over, I trusted them because they used to work for the old owner. I was a faithful patron. UNTIL THAT DAY HAPPENED.
